Refund and Exchanges
We have a zero tolerance policy which includes any form of abuse, aggression or threats made in person, over the telephone or in written communication, including on social media.
Refunds or exchanges of any kind cannot be made on any custom made items and/or club uniforms (as the goods have been specially made for you, per your order. This includes orders that are in production).
All refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days, from date of invoice (excluding all made to order/club uniform items).
No changes can be made on your uniform order once it is in production. Please ensure you have chosen the correct size.
Return postage is at the cost of the customer.
Refunds will be processed via way of payment made by the customer.
The original purchase docket must accompany the goods, and we ask that the goods be in their original undamaged packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on underwear (sports briefs & crop tops).
Postage paid is not refundable.
A 5% fee will be charged on all refunds made.
Faulty items will be replaced or repaired as deemed appropriate by Soul Sports after inspection.
